Our Guarantee:
We warrant our products against any manufacturing defects found in materials or workmanship for parts under normal/indicated usage. This warranty covers repair, replacement, or credit, at Howe Technology's discretion, of any defective part verified to be faulty by our engineers.
This warranty is valid for one year from date of purchase. All claims are subject to investigation by our engineers before a refund, repair, or replacement is issued.
The following are NOT covered under our warranty:
1) Normal maintenance and/or adjustments
2) Damage and/or malfunction of our parts due to unauthorized service or modifications to the product, product tampering, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, incidental occurrences, and normal wear and tear.
3) Damage and/or malfunction due to relocation of products, lack of specified maintenance, or operational procedures.
4) Clearance items (see Exceptions below)
Warranty Returns
To request a return or refund of wholesale parts due to manufacturing defects:
Send an email to service@howe-technology.com with the subject "Warranty RMA Request" and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Part Number and quantity
- Reason for request
- Are you requesting a return/credit or repair/replacement?
Our customer service team will send you instructions on what to do next, depending on whether we will need to inspect the part or not.
All shipping costs for warranty returns will be paid by Howe Technology.
Please DO NOT throw away defective parts until you receive permission from our customer service department!
General Returns and Exchanges
To request a return or exchange of wholesale parts for any other reason besides manufacturing defect:
Send an email to service@howe-technology.com with the subject "RMA Request" and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Part Number and quantity
- Are you requesting a return/credit or an exchange
- Reason for return or new part requested
Our customer service team will review your request and issue an RMA.
All shipping costs for general returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
Any parts clearly listed as "Clearance" are not applicable for return for any reason. The reason is listed on each part as refurbished, having cosmetic issues, etc.
